Moving here from Canada in 2021, with her husband Chris (and dog Ben), Lee Anne's goal in establishing a property management company was to seek out properties that offer beautifully designed interiors, impressive amenities and services that surpass the comforts of a five-star resort.
Lee Anne and her team take pride in providing trusted and personalized service that sets them apart from other companies. The portfolio of homes is intentionally small, with a waiting list of vacation villa owners who want to be added to their client list.

We offer a variety of management and concierge services, including property inspections, maintenance management, rental management, and more. Our team is friendly, professional, and dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
We could not be more pleased with the level of service and care we receive from Amber Coast Management & Concierge at our Ocean Village villa. Lee Anne’s is a small, service-oriented property management business with a select and limited number of property-owner clients, offering the highest level of responsive, hands-on management. Amber Coast’s on-site manager, Evan Mays, responds immediately to any guest concern or issue at our villa, assuring satisfied guests and strong guest reviews. Amber Coast’s recently upgraded accounting/invoicing/remittance system affords us clear, detailed monthly invoices and prompt remittances.
