29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

The villa was beautiful, exactly as described and photographed. The master bedroom is large with a nice en suite, and the two additional bedrooms share an average sized bath. The living room and kitchen open up to a nice sized and privately landscaped backyard and pool. This unit is closest to the ocean and restaurants, and everything is walkable and easily accessible. Our hosts were polite, communicative, responsive and thorough. She even turned the air on before our visit to ensure we were comfortable at check in. I highly recommend this Villa and would absolutely without a doubt book again. If you’re looking for a comfortable villa for a group or family in a safe, walkable neighborhood near the ocean and close to local beaches, restaurants and markets then you’ll love this location!

The house is fantastic! Only had a couple of issues with power outages but nothing very noticeable! Lee Anne was fantastic and extremely responsive! Can’t wait to go back in a few months!

My husband and just spent at month at this amazing Villa. It is a beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the backyard and SOV community but what made our visit extraordinary was the care and attention of both Lee Anne and Arianna. They were available before our visit to answer questions and always available for advice, suggestions or assistance for minor issues. We will 100% rent again from Lee Anne and her team. What an incredible month we had at the Villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our at SOV! House was great. Felt very spacious and clean. We spent 90% of our time in the pool or under the covered outdoor space. We look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend Lee Anne & Arianna! They both were very responsive and helpful giving information for things we needed in the area.

People when I tell you this is a beautiful villa, super clean, very spacious, decorated with precision, and that's just the interior. The exterior has a large swimming pool, and the trees and flowers make absolutely peaceful and relaxing. There is a 2nd floor shaded sitting area separate from the first floor sitting area by the pool. This place is amazing! The host and co-host were the cherry on top! Great people and a great home!

I loved the house, it is beautiful, very spacious, tidy and very clean, the area is super quiet. Very close to Santa Fe. Lee Anne's service was 10/10. I highly recommend it.
