Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require full payment at booking.
Cancellation Policy

30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small 5% admin fee).

29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
Security Deposit

A $300 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in.

Returned within 5 business days after departure if no damages or rule violations are found.
