Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require full payment at booking.

30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small 5% admin fee).

29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

I really enjoyed this place staff is excellent. I will always book with you going forward. The maid was excellent she was a life saver I got sick last four days of trip . She got me meds that help me get back home. Just a friendly feeling when you book with Lee Anne.
