A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require full payment at booking.
Cancellation Policy

30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small 5% admin fee).

29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

This house is in a beautiful gated community with routine security patrols, where we felt very safe. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, whether we were relaxing by the pool or cooking or binge watching. The space was clean,.. no bugs, no weird smells, and offered complete privacy. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the property manager was excellent. The community features restaurants, a gym with an outdoor workout area, a basketball court, and a children�s play area. It�s also a great place for walking, jogging, and you can even rollerblade.
