A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require full payment at booking.
Cancellation Policy

30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small 5% admin fee).

29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
Security Deposit

A $300 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in.

Returned within 5 business days after departure if no damages or rule violations are found.

Lee Anne and her team are very quick to assist all the time. This is villa is clean quiet and has many new electronic upgrades! Bluetooth speakers computers etc! Would definitely return!
