Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

  • Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require full payment at booking.

     

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small 5% admin fee).

  • 29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

  • 10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

  • No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
    24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

Security Deposit

  • A $300 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in.

  • Returned within 5 business days after departure if no damages or rule violations are found.

     

Electricity Fee: policy TBD

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or delays.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
