Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require full payment at booking.

30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small 5% admin fee).

29-11 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit.

10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
24 hour grace period with free cancellation after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

I had a great time and the place was just as advertised. The co-host Arianna was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to go back on my next visit.
